After a decade practicing law, I pivoted to marketing, spending several years in B2C before transitioning to B2B, where I’ve spent the last ten-plus years. How does the expert team work?

Our Demandbase experts are people who have been in roles just like yours and successfully launched account-based programs, structured revenue teams, and managed technology stacks. They bring world advice based on their own experiences, successes, and let’s be honest – some failures. They are not a sales team and they are not here to push you to buying something. Instead, they are here to provide strategic guidance, demonstrate effective workflows, and be a true partner in your account-based journey.

What should I expect the meeting to look like?

Clicking the button in their bios will pull up their calendar for you to book a time. Once you are booked, the expert will likely reach out before the meeting to capture some background info on what exactly you are looking to discuss. The calls themselves are typically informal, and the expert will have some slides, reports, or in-platform workflows pulled up to go over live with you. Ultimately, the time is yours and their goal is to make sure you get the most value out of your meeting.

Will I get 10 emails and phone calls after trying to sign me up?

Nope! Again, our experts aren’t sales people so they won’t be chasing you down. (Though you might receive an email or 2 from your account owner once they see you had a meeting with the expert team. But we’ll try to keep them in check.) Instead, think of if you’ve ever wanted to just ask some questions or see what a platform really does but just thinking about all the sales calls that would follow made you back out.
